  They were giving free coffee to only Mexicans...but made me pay for mine...and that didn't sit well with me.

  One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The staff forgot to put bacon in my burger. When I came back to have their mistake fixed, they had the nerve to charge me an extra $1.30 for the bacon that was supposed to be there in the first place. Instead of doing the bare minimum and giving me a new burger made correctly, they just handed me the bacon on the side, like that somehow solves the problem. To make it even worse, the bacon was undercooked, looked unsafe, and was completely unacceptable. This is pure incompetence and zero accountability. If the staff can’t assemble a basic burger and then makes the customer pay for their mistakes, this place does not deserve the McDonald’s name. Absolutely not recommended.

  I've ordered delivery from this location through the McDonalds app multiple times. These last 2 times the app indicates this location does not participate in the rewards program (What?!). Then, the last 2 times my order was canceled as soon as it was received. I called the store to see what happened and the gentleman who answered the phone said they didnt even get my order and don't have the authority to cancel them anyway. He asked if I wanted to order over the phone, but I would have to pick up the order (silly suggestion as I placed an order for delivery because obviously I cannot pick it up). He indicated I would have to contact Doordash, which I did. DOORDASH explained that the store itself had canceled the order. So not only did the person on the phone lie, they in fact did cancel an order likely because they were too lazy to get it done. No longer ordering from this location. Also sending a complaint to Corporate as well as the Attorney General, and Chicago Inspection department.

  McDonald's is breaking the social agreement. We accepted it's bad for us in exchange for it being cheap and fast. It was $7 dollars for a daily double which shrunk in size and a small fry the line in the drive-thru was long no one at the corner so I walked in I still had to wait 10+ minutes. I've been McDonald's free for these reasons for over 2 years. We went because my elderly mom asked. And they continued to reenforce my belief about this company
