    My low score? Manager Jocelyn is rude, abrupt way of speaking to customer. Doesn’t seem like she likes her job. The family that runs this restaurant should know she is a drag.

    Ordered online for pickup at 2834 N Ashland Ave and got my pickup code. I pull up to give it to them, and they tell me it doesn’t exist. I show him the order on my app and the drive through instructions, and he says to contact support. Support says “if you ordered through a third-party app, take it up with them. If you ordered through a store, take it up with that specific store”. When I went back through the line to see if there was any possible way to somehow find what I ordered, dude started offering my like individual small items instead. This is the only McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life that eats your money like a busted vending machine. Dollars gone, but the food is stuck inside. Plenty of other cheaper and better fast food options near-by.

    Made a mobile app drive-thru order for breakfast. They gave me the wrong items. Their sorry excuse for a manager tells me “make sure you order the right thing next time” even after I showed her my receipt showing that they made the order wrong. Horrible customer service. I wanted the right order, not the attitude of someone who can’t own up to a simple mistake. They even messed up the corrected item. Incompetence at its finest.
