  I ordered chicken nuggets and asked for BBQ sauce but was charged $1 for my 2 orders of nuggets but didn't receive the sauce that should have been included with the order

  12/23/25@ 12:38am. Food always on point, staff also nice etc. I’m just writing this review to show a bit of business incompetence of an employee for the owner. Long story short my large drink was $1.11 I only had $1.10 I asked the heavy set man, glasses and head wrap for a penny to insinuate allowing me to slide with just one penny. He explains he doesn’t have a penny, I say “so do you really want me to give you another $1, he says YES and breaks a whole dollar for a penny. It needs to be explained to this young man you don’t exhaust your register of change for a penny. Be fr. Do that a few more times tonight you’ll be out change. No bank run options. Not to mention the change shortage.

  This Msdonalds is the worst. I live right up the street so im wondering why i always gettting cold food and/or they forget something in the order but they charge for it. I order mac sauce they charge but forget. I order bbq sauce they forget. I order tea they forget the tea. I dont know if thet can read English but my orders always messed up. I will no longer be a customer. And they always run out of stuff. Burger King i will go. They just need to close this one down

  I’m confused on how they’re 24hours but every time I go literally anytime after 10pm they always say they aren’t taking any orders so why stay open the whole time if you’re not taking orders ? Get it together 0/10

  I was in the drive thru 12/5 at around 8:35-8:40 ish. From the time that I started my order the young lady that was taking orders already had an attitude. However, I remained respectful and asked was there a problem. She stated “YES! a little bit” I asked her what was wrong. Keep in mind this is all happening as I’m still trying to place my order. As we’re going back and forth she proceeds to call me “baby” as if I’m her age or a child. I drive further up to her window and immediately ask to speak with a manager. I was not able to get her name but she is VERY DISRESPECTFUL and she clearly hates her job. The manager on duty seemed nice but again I’m sure there was no disciplinary action taken.
