    Long lines all the time and the orders don't be coming out in order

    Always get the order wrong. Horrible experience. Try to give them a second shot and they mess that up too. This location messes up your order and does nothing to rectify it. Shut it down of get competent managers and workers.

    This place was trash I would've bought something but I had to use the restroom and they said they didn't have one while standing a few feet from the actual restroom and advised I try wingstop next door( thanks wingstop) I have no problem with the homeless trying to get warm or whatever but they seemed to have overrun this location.

    I found a mysterious bone of some sort in my McGriddle. I bit into it by accident and nearly broke my tooth. The manager tried to gaslight and tell me it looked like old onion or a vegetable of some sort (also doesn’t belong in my food but hey). Never got my money back or any sort of apology. I have no choice but to assume this location doesn’t follow food safety practices/standards.
