Most recently, this happened again in the evening when the drive-through was not busy. I was hoping for help or at least a clear explanation, but the interaction felt dismissive. The staff appeared uninterested in resolving the issue, and the manager briefly checked the system, stated that the points had not been taken, and ended the conversation without offering further assistance or clarification. I am sharing this feedback because I believe the rewards process and customer service at this location could benefit from closer attention. Losing points and feeling brushed off makes for a frustrating experience, and I hope management can review how these situations are handled so future customers receive clearer support.
