  This McDonald’s is located in a very bad area full of homeless and mentally ill people asking customers for money, screaming, scaring them and acting crazy, they should close this location it’s very scary to come here and having to eat or even wait at the lobby with these people hanging out near you be very cautious and do not dine in if you don’t wanna have a bad moment. Move this location somewhere else it’s not inviting to come inside!!!

  I ordered 1 ice cream cone in the app but I accidently clicked pick up at counter instead of pick up at drive thru. The woman at the drive thru said she couldn't hand me my order and I needed to come inside. So I went inside and waited 15 minutes. I tried asking the person at the counter for my order and they just told me to wait for my number to be called. I can't cancel my order because they said they already prepped it, but it's an ice cream cone so clearly that isn't the case. Unfortunately I don't have 30 minutes to wait for an ice cream cone, so enjoy the $1.50 you stole from me!

  This place is the pits. Several times we’ve gotten an incorrect order. Twice in the last month I ordered a 6 piece nugget and got 4 pieces. Of course I didn’t notice until getting home, but apparently you need to open your nuggets and count them in front of the staff’s faces before leaving. There’s also always riffraff in this establishment. Find another McDonald’s. This one and the staff are awful.

  This McDonalds is riddled with issues, from homeless asking you for money in the lobby, to random people just hanging out and loitering in the lobby, uncleanliness in the lobby, people selling weed in the lobby, loud customers etc. this place is extremely overstimulating, and a hub for you to get overwhelmed and get harassed. STAY AWAY from eating in the lobby.

  Lamentablemente hoy pase por este mcdonalds porque mi hija de 3 años tenía que usar el baño y al entrar me dirijo hacia la cajera no se si era la manager para preguntar si podía usar el baño a lo que me contestó qué tenía que comprar algo para poder usar el baño a lo cual yo le dije que estaba bien qué yo iba a hacer mi orden por la aplicación después de eso ella me dice que me iba a abrir la puerta de el baño a lo cual nunca lo hizo y me dejo esperando por un buen rato y pues mi hija ya tenía que usar el baño a lo cual yo me moleste y volví a insistir diciendo que el baño no era para usarlo yo sino mi hija que si ella quería que mi hija hiciera del baño hai enfrente del mostrando al cual ella de manera muy grosera me contesto que no me Iva ha abrir el baño y que le hiciera como yo quisiera al cual yo me moleste y le dije que cancelar mi orden y tuve que salir de este lugar.lamentablemente estoy muy indignado porque me sentí que fue muy racista a pesar que tanto yo como ella somos ispanos. Es pero de verdad que este mcdonalds algún día cambie y pues solo porque no puedo dar 0 estrellas si no se las daría.
