Ok so I officially hate this place.....ok maybe not. Maybe I hate myself for ordering a whole 12 inch deep dish thinking I could finish it. I had to try because the pizza was so good. After a couple slices and calamari I could barely move. Food and entire experience was great. Next time I will finish a whole pizza....even if it kills me....which it might. Loved it.

Was visiting Chicago and was fortunate to discover Labriola. On our visit it was a busy Sunday night, but we were lucky enough to get an outside table with no wait.
We started with the Toasted Ravoili appetizers which was an exciting combination of braised beef, cherry tomatoes and calabrina chili and I must say it was a delightful surprise.
For our entrees we enjoyed Chicken Parmesan which was served with two generous portions of chicken breasts, spaghetti with freshly made marinara and topped with mozzarella. Having had this dish at several old school Italian restaurants I can say this was the best Chicken Parmesan I have had at any establishment.
We also dined on the Spaghetti and Mama's Meatballs entree. This is a simple dish that I have enjoyed across the country. Their traditional take on this dish was authenticity wonderful with pasta, marinara and perfectly seasoned meatballs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience From Start to Finish
My wife and I stopped in during our trip to Chicago, and this restaurant absolutely delivered one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the city. The highlight for my wife was the grilled calamari—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of rich flavor. She couldn’t stop talking about how amazing it tasted. You could tell the kitchen put real care into seasoning and grilling it just right.
We also ordered a three-topping deep dish pizza, and it was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, soft and hearty on the inside, with the toppings baked beautifully into the layers. Every bite was full of flavor, exactly what you hope for when you come to Chicago for deep dish.
Great service, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. This spot made our visit unforgettable, and we will definitely be back next time we’re in the city!

We were a large group. Waitress was impatient, although the restaurant was half empty. Order got mixed up, and some pizzas did not get made at all. Chefs didn’t know who ordered what when they brought out pizzas. Waitress was not nearby, until I had told the cooks multiple times that she would know what we ordered, and she should be here helping with the distribution. Tips get added automatically to the bill, which is probably why service is horrible, since waiters will get their tips either way. Not coming here again.

The food is okay, the service and speed is amazing even when slammed - honestly it was impressive. I ordered the minestrone, it was brought to me before I finished ordering my meal!! Classic, no frills.. would be great for a hangover like my server said! The fried ravioli was the best thing I ate here. You absolutely had to have every element of the dish in your mouth to be good - everything in it sounded great, but it was still missing something? Could be better with some heat and maybe a little more salt. The pizza was pretty meh. I did 50:50 of the Italian beef and the Danny’s Special. Neither was great, the crust was a bit boring, and the tomato sauce lacked depth. I enjoyed my experience and think this is a good spot for the environment and the quick service, the service was phenomenal! Wouldn’t necessarily recommend but would go back.
