- KMkoob mouaJan 5, 20265.0I was skeptical about this spot because I’ve never tried this chain before. I just assumed it was worse than your average churches, Popeyes, and/or Harold’s. I’m not entirely sure if it’s just this location, but I’m telling you this chicken hits. They don’t miss. Some of the best fast fried chicken I’ve ever had and I’m damn particular about my chicken.

- KKKristalDec 28, 20251.0The mashed potatoes I received last night tasted off and after further inspection, I noticed a film on the top. I sniffed it and immediately started gagging at the smell. I ended up tossing my entire order because I clearly couldn’t trust that the food was safe. I picked up through Too Good to Go after having a great experience at the foster location previously. While I’m aware that I’m picking up the leftovers from the day, and that they might not be the freshest, I should not be receiving food that has gone bad. However that’s exactly what happened. The location was clearly just waiting to leave, everything was off, including the food heater. The food was not kept to temperature. The chicken sat in the turned off heater and the sides were pulled from an unknown location. This is unsafe food handling. Any food establishment should understand that food is *required* to maintain a certain temperature for a certain amount of time, and then is required to be tossed because of possible spoiling or bacteria growth. There needs to be an immediate evaluation and adjustments done to how food is handled at the end of day.

First thought, maybe they were supposed to be used as hockey pucks. Because they were way overcooked. I ordered a chicken sandwich Cajun style and I got a honey chicken sandwich. Person running in the register does not really listen to what you’re ordering fully.
