  After receiving the wrong delivery because another Josh ordered at the same time as me (mistakes happen) the store fixed the issue right away. I received the correct order delivered within 30 minutes. Greatly appreciate the wonderful customer service!

  Haven't had Jimmy John in a while, but this place was on right next to the Walgreen I was visiting so, why not. Got the roast beef and turkey. Roast beef was more medium rare , then medium which is to my liking. Now I recall why I prefer Potbelly over Jimmy John.

  After over 6 minutes of trying to order over the phone and constantly on hold, I end up having to call 35 minutes later asking where my order is. The guy goes off about how he delivered it and I wasn't there, that he jumped the fence and everything! ... but we have no fence. Finally gets here asks me to sign on the line and has no pen so I go hunting for one. Eventually after almost an hour I have my sub only to get it out and find it squashed flat. The only "freaky" part of their service is how bad it is.
