  I decided to try the new Jalapeño Chicken Ranch Wrap yesterday for lunch. The lady who took my order, took the order wrong. I ask her did they have a chicken wheat wrap, and she said yes. I ask her can she substitute the ranch dressing with the caesar dressing, and she said yes. So she ask the worker who was preparing the food did they have the wheat wrap, he went to look on menu paper and he told her yes that had it. I pay for my order, and I didn't get a order # receipt. I waited maybe 5 minutes for them to call my order. Once the order was ready, another lady calls out your order ready to go. I heard her say Jalapeño Chicken Ranch Wrap, and I walk up and told her I had caesar dressing on my wrap. She hands me mine order wrapped with the receipt saying Jalapeño Chicken Wrap with caesar dressing. Later on I unwrap my order, and there was a chicken sandwich on pumpernickel bread cut in halve. I was very disappointed with the sandwich that I didn't ask for. I paid $11 for sandwich that I could have made at home. This was my first and last time visiting this place. Remember to check your order before you leave the place.

  Love their sandwiches..if you don't know they are in the building you can easily miss this location...no outside sign

  They took forever to make my sandwich in store and they messed up my order and wouldn't give me a refund, probably just a bad staff
