  Worst Jimmy John’s in the city. Bread is to hard to eat. Whatever mayo they drench on the sandwich taste spoiled. Total sandwich is grotesque. Everytime I order, the sandwich is barely edible.

  $8 more for a single meal, drink, chips and sandwich $8 more than any JJ in Chicago. Ridiculous.

  I would give 5 stars but sometimes the people answering the phone don't fully understand what I'm saying and I try to repeat myself loudly, perhaps they think I'm being angry or mean, which I am not, I'm just trying to place an order and repeating myself 4-5 times is annoying, especially when they also screw your order up!! Multiple times !! It's the same girl every time 🤪 NO QUESO=NO CHEESE lol repeating myself 5 times and then they hang up on me
