  The customer service I recieved was so unprofessional that I didn’t even process how rude it was until I left, the queer guy with the lip injections (didn’t get his name) served me and he had the most unpleasant attitude I’ve come across in awhile, he was condescending and rude from the time I stepped foot in the door. I wanted a refund and something different to eat so bad but didn’t have the time and I hate that for me. The sandwich was dry and nasty I ended up just eating the chips. I work down the street and will be sure to let my coworkers know to avoid this place if they can. Because of that experience I’ll never step foot in another Jimmy John’s. I’ll continue to go to Jersey Mikes where the service and the sandwiches are great.

  Whatever happened to subs so fast you freak? Every time I place an online order I get to the store they just start making it. What’s the point of preorder? 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches.

  Horrible service. Employee Josh messed up my order and doesn’t apologize. Very immature. I will not go to this location again.
