  I scheduled an order for delivery to an appointment in the area a few days ahead, and everything was prepared and delivered right on time. The coordination was smooth, and my food arrived in great condition. The only downside was the sandwich—since it was my first time trying the horseradish sauce, I wasn’t expecting quite so much of it. The sandwich ended up a bit overwhelmed, with the bread soggy and the flavor dominated by horseradish. I still made it work, but next time I’ll skip the sauce entirely. Otherwise, the experience and delivery process were excellent.

  wow, I just had the roast beef cheddar sandwich and it was soo good. friendly service and plenty of space too

  This Jimmy John’s location is very convenient for me and the staff is really nice, but I struggle because they consistently mess up my order. Out of the last 6 times I’ve gone, it’s easily been messed up 3 times. The staff is nice & will fix it, just frustrating the accuracy is so consistently low (in store or online)
