  Hands down the most incompetent staff I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered over an hour ago and the food STILL wasn’t out for delivery. Every time I called, they immediately dumped me on hold for 10+ minutes. When I called back, they took the phone off the hook to avoid answering altogether. It took four calls just to get a human being to pick up so I could ask if I should come get the order myself or if they finally planned to deliver it. And surprise — they had clearly forgotten the order entirely. The delivery guy they eventually sent showed up rude, clueless, and ignoring the delivery instructions like he couldn’t be bothered to read a single line. When I got my order my wrap was incorrect- I paid extra to substitute turkey and extra for extra Parmesan. They put a single slice of turkey and no Parmesan. Paying almost $15 for a half assed wrap is infuriating. The bar is already low for this place, but this team somehow manages to underperform it. If this is the level of talent they’re hiring, it’s no wonder the operation runs like a circus. Avoid this location at all costs. They deserve to go out of business.

  This location is awesome. Someone stole my delivery order and they were super cool and got it resent out. Always great quality too.

  Ordered online while on the way to Wrigley. My sandwich was exactly as I ordered, down to the request for extra napkins. Thank you!

  Bleah. Jimmy john's is probably one of less tasty sandwiches around the area. With so many other choices available, I wonder why people would choose jimmy john's. The bun is dry and tasteless and the stuff in between the buns is not that much better. There is just one type of meat and one type of vegetables and there was hardly any sauce in it. The entire sub was rather bland and tasteless. For that price, there are much better options. I would say give this place a miss. You're not missing much.
