  Hands down the most incompetent staff I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered over an hour ago and the food STILL wasn’t out for delivery. Every time I called, they immediately dumped me on hold for 10+ minutes. When I called back, they took the phone off the hook to avoid answering altogether. It took four calls just to get a human being to pick up so I could ask if I should come get the order myself or if they finally planned to deliver it. And surprise — they had clearly forgotten the order entirely. The delivery guy they eventually sent showed up rude, clueless, and ignoring the delivery instructions like he couldn’t be bothered to read a single line. When I got my order my wrap was incorrect- I paid extra to substitute turkey and extra for extra Parmesan. They put a single slice of turkey and no Parmesan. Paying almost $15 for a half assed wrap is infuriating. The bar is already low for this place, but this team somehow manages to underperform it. If this is the level of talent they’re hiring, it’s no wonder the operation runs like a circus. Avoid this location at all costs. They deserve to go out of business.

  Stopped in for a quick lunch and this Jimmy John’s didn’t disappoint. My sandwich was fresh, tasty, and made super fast—exactly what you want from a spot like this. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Great option if you’re in the area and need something quick and reliable!

  Jesse the biker is the fastest I've ever seen. He delivers in under 3 minutes. He really deserves a jersey
