I work about 7 mins away and have placed my orders from the app. I bearly have enough time to leave go get my lunch and come back. They have always gotten my order wrong. Either something is missing or the sandwich is made wrong. I have also placed for delivery and same issue, missing items and wrongly made sandwich. I have now refused to get jimmy John's from this location for lunch. I unfortunately do not have the time in my break to go in person and place my order. I do not recommend ordering online if im going to get something wrong or missing items every time I place a mobile order. In the pictures added, it was my recent order. The wrapp was not there called right away and I was able to get that delivered, but when the sandwich was opened there there extra ingredients added I did not ask for. Ex: jalapeños and pickles. You can see I had to pick those out, left them in the top right corner. Not sure if visable there was 1 tomato on the sandwich.
This has always been my go-to for a quick lunch. The bread has always been the highlight of the sandwich. Until today….there is no way they used fresh bread because my sandwich bread was very stale and crumbly.
Wonderful experience!!!! ABSOLUTELY WOULD EAT AGAIN!!!!! 😄😄😄

Picked up a mobile order today. Walked back to my desk and noticed the chip bag had tiny bites at the bottom and pierced the bag. I walked back and asked to swap it out and they did. No issues with staff just inspect your chip bag for rodent bites.

I never thought that I would have a different experience than every other JJ's I've been to. But, this is an exception and an exceptional one at that. The bottom of the bread was so hard that it cut my tongue. They did put hot peppers on, or just ut 1 single pepper on it. Either way, I'm giving them a low rating because of the fact that every other JJ's I've eaten at has been cirtually the exact same experience. This was not one of them, which is disappointing.
