Only at Jimmy John’s can you order a toasted sandwich and be told “we only toast some of our sandwiches.” And this was after I had ordered and paid. Manager watched the entire interaction and made no attempt to offer a solution.
There is no reason to go here when Potbelly is down the street at the same price and double the quality.

Do not order delivery - every single time the driver delivers it he leaves it wherever he fees like and says “I don’t have a bike lock”

The customer service here is HORRIBLE, the staff members are exceptionally rude and unwelcoming. So much so trusting them preparing your food is risky, they demand that you don’t look at them while making the sandwiches.

This was my second bad experience and the last one , never ever again. I waited by the register to order . They looked at me with hatred. There were 3 employees inside. I waited for a while they did not say anything neither attemp to take my order. I ended up walking out . Thanks for wasting my time.
