  They used Uber for my delivery, and Uber never delivered it. I went my whole lunch break with no food, and as a teacher, I have no other time in the day when I can eat. I eventually received the sandwich an hour after I had scheduled the delivery. I will not be ordering from here again.

  This is my first time trying Jimmy John’s subs. I ordered the turkey Tom. it consist of turkey and cheese, lettuce, and tomato along with their Italian dressing, it was okay. I wasn’t a big fan of their French roll or French bread. It reminded me of a hotdog bun only harder. The taste of the sub was good, but I couldn’t get past the French bread. I wanted to order the Italian sub, but I was afraid too. I am 100% Italian and thought the meats are not going be authentic Italian and I probably should’ve tried it that’s the only way to find. We ordered on their app and you know that saying, freaky fast, I will admit it was ready in less than eight minutes. they were freaky fast. I love that they had self pick up! you go to the shelf, Find your name take it and go. No waiting in line, that was perfect! Now here’s the real question would I go back? Maybe? To try their wraps..

  Definitely not freaky fast... had to wait over 10 minutes for an order that was placed online. One employee took a few minutes to staple a receipt to a bag and while I was waiting, another man came back in with a big bag of sandwiches, saying his order was missing something. Then another guest said he ordered toasted, but got a regular sandwich. The 3 to 4 employees present, didn't know what to do. I felt like I was in a prank show and someone famous was going to come out and say... "ha ha... gotcha"
