This was easily the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I walked in, waited in line for a bit, and then stepped out briefly to use the restroom before ordering. Almost immediately, the store manager, Julio (at least that’s the name he gave me), loudly yelled, “Sir, CAN I HELP YOU?!” in front of the whole lunch crowd. I’ve never felt so embarrassed. I told him I just needed to use the restroom before ordering, and instead of a simple acknowledgment, he gave me a glare and stayed silent. When I returned to order, I asked for my usual—an Ultimate Porker. Julio prepared the sandwich while whispering with another employee. When the order came up, the employee tossed it on the counter and announced “Ultimate Italian.” I told them that wasn’t my order, but Julio immediately snapped back, “YOU ORDERED THE ULTIMATE ITALIAN.” At that point, I asked them to cancel my order and left. The entire experience was rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily hostile. I won’t be back.

The sandwiches were great, but they were delivered with Hellmann's mayonnaise packets that were nearly impossible to open.

Ordered a box luch and was handed a sandwhich and nothing else. No bag. No drink. No pickle. No chips. Then when i asked. She mumbled and acted like i was being difficult. I wondered why at lunch time there was no one in there.

They have One veggie option. It's tasty and healthy. Good that they now offer King size for dinner. The toppings are spare compared to Subway, but the quality of the bread and cheese here is waaaay better. A tad expensive but worth it. ETA: I'm sad that the quality of bread has gone down. I don't know if they changed the recipe or the method of baking. But what used to be pillowy soft and tasty has now become kinda hard and gritty. I know it's not a one off, because it's the same in all the places I've tried. Bummer. 1 star down for that.
