    I've ordered three times recently and twice my order was messed up. I don't care about forgetting a straw or mustard packets--that happens every time. But no drink or wrong drink, kind of ruins the meal while on lunch break with no alternative options. While I was perturbed, I called the first time and the manager (female this go around) gave me the option of a $5 credit or have a new drink delivered. The second time, my drink was incorrect (regular Coke vis-a-vis Diet) and mustard packs missing per usual. However, the manager quickly drove/rode out to my work to correct the issue. In doing so, he gave me a free bag of chips and two cookies to make up for the mistake. I can't be mad about that. He also seemed genuinely upset with his employees for being so careless (rightfully so--how difficult is it to read a receipt for ONE sandwich and ONE drink). Kids these days are horrible workers. Manager man came through and corrected it, though. And he waited around to make sure all was well. He saved a customer--a habitual customer, to boot. Give that man a raise. My 1 star review turned to 5 star 100% due to manager man.

    the only reason i did not put all 5 stars is because, as of recently. my sandwiches have not been coming out as yummy as they did before, There used to be this awesome employee, his name was Carlos if im not mistake. once he made my sandwhich i fell in love with this jimmy johns. His mannerism is very different from the others as well. respectful and doesn’t make u feel so rushed like others. bring back Carlos and this is place will be a 5 star rating for real. just saying, as a paying customer.

    Sencere and Tajawon went above and beyond to make sure I was being taken care of, the minute I walk in I wanted to use bathroom only but they sold me on a sandwich and the rewards program so I did lol now here I am given them a review that they well deserve! Keep up the good work!!

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went into this specific establishment and they tried to upcharge me for wanting my sandwich toasted and then they removed meat from my sandwich no one could tell me why? Then they charged double for them to take the meat off MY sandwich because they didn’t want to toast it because my sub was an “original” and not a “favorite” after going to three stores they could have simply said that it wasn’t an original it was an upcharge that’s ridiculous & if that’s the case explain to the customers what’s going on because when you can’t explain that starts confusion and frustration between the establishment and customer. That being said the change you all made will definitely lose you all some money you guys suck for that it won’t last long I’ll tell you that
