Horrible customer service. Ordered a sandwich via the app and discovered when I got back to my office it had literally not a single topping, despite the full list of items requested on the bag/ticket. Sent a follow-up with picture of the issue via the JJ portal, and although it stated it was passed onto the store I never received a refund or even a reply back.

This place uses my name and I did grow up with a boy named Jimmy so I like that. I wonder where it gets it's animals from or how are the the ones treated that give dairy or egg

I order two sandwiches...I work across the street...took 35 minutes for them to arrive...I had to call again to see what's going on ...
When I called I spoke a male person, who informs that his driver has left...I stated I am across the street...he says in a rude manner that his driver is making the deliveries...I reiterated...I work across the street no need for a driver...the dude hangs up on me...
Well...I do usually order from jj's....I'll not order again...
