  The system override seems a bit unclear for redeeming rewards. So the star lacking is only to bring attention to this matter. The staff, namely Gavin and Oliver, were amazing in amending this debacle.

  Delivery driver Connor displayed peak incompetence by delivering to the wrong address and conveniently sent a text that the order was delivered one minute after the store closed so the order was not remade / redelivered. Unsure if this was intentional or not, after communication it seemed likely that he fabricated the entire delivery process as he failed to mention key surrounding landmarks of the delivery location. I do hope management gives him a map next time they send him out and teach him how to at least properly lie if he’s going to do it again.
