  I’m giving the atmosphere a two because the older gentleman came in and rescued my customer service experience. I went to pay for my meal and the tap wasn’t working. Instead of the young gentleman tapping the computer he was aggressively started tapping as if I was the problem. He said “our tapper isn’t working” I got a different form of payment I come back he throws my sandwich on the table. Didn’t bag it, didn’t give me the cups and I guess every jj is different because wow that was a bad sandwich. I really didn’t know it was possible to screw up a jj sandwich. I didn’t know protocol was to bag your sandwich and get your own cups. I could have made the sandwich too. Listen, all you have to do is smile and not hate every person that enters. Throwing my sandwich rather setting it down nicely is a big difference. Oh well, it’s not like anything will change. Cheers!

  As others have said, the prices here are insane compared to other Jimmy John’s. $4.25 extra for cheese? That’s insane. Other locations in the area it’s $1 extra.

  Ordered delivery from here and they let someone else take my sandwiches and wouldn’t make them for me without paying again. Even tho I was charged already.

  30.31 for 2 sandwich and one bag of chip. That is crazy! My sandwich was missing 3 ingredients i requested. Had to go back in to have it fixed. Also I have had a ton of #6 sandwiches over the years and this one was the worst. Very wet for an unknown reason.

  Nothing new, Another sandwich place, however their bread is softer than other sandwich places.
