I usually have a pretty good experience here. It’s my go to when I am solo for lunch and it is close to my workplace. My order is always made correctly and everything tastes fresh. This location has not let me down yet 🤞🏻

Placed order for a group of 7 online at 9:42am with delivery scheduled at 12:15. By 12:25, I had received no communication from the store beyond order confirmation. App tracker did not indicate order had even left the store. When I called and asked for status, employee said they were behind and order would be out in 20-30 mins. I explained that I had a tight timetable and needed the order sooner than that. He said to call back in 10 minutes. I called back and the phone gave a busy signal for the next hour or more. At 1:17 the app indicated the order was “out for delivery” but I never received the order or a phone call. I communicated with a manager later to refund my credit card. My card was never refunded and the store completely blew me off. Probably my worst experience with any kind of ordering system. There is a lack of accountability and service by the employees of this store.
