  This store has unprofessional staff and treat customers as a intrusion. I wentvti the deli counter and there was no one waiting in line. Staff was chatting and on their phones. I said Hello and a staff member walked up and said are you trying to rush me. I said no I was just saying Hello. As she completed my order she gave me rude looks .This is rude and terrible customer service .

  Ewwwwwww sold me and I don't know how many other people fried chicken cooked in Burt cooking oil. Burnt wedges as well a whole pound worth.I saw those and left them with customer service. Where is Quality Control? I really did expect better from this location in the Beverly neighborhood. Thanks for the sale on cut water.

  Neighborhood grocery store. The sale items are very limited when it comes to the sale. Lines are very long. Cashiers want to talk and enter act with outside people rather then ring up customer in line.

  Dear Owner, can you please tell your staff to fix the attitudes, no staff member should have a frown, not speak or look at you crazy. The staff member in deli dealing with the chicken shouldn’t give anybody attitude cause they want chicken. The staff member at checkout should fix her face it gives off I don’t want to be here. The security guy, older gentleman walking around won’t speak when spoken too and thinking he all that. I will never come in there again. On a positive note, produce manager is Pleasant and produce is always fresh and another staff member that I noticed her name is Amelia P she is also pleasant when checking her customers out, always have a smile on her face with a great attitude. More of your staff members need to be positive like that. An attitude will bring down people’s morale.
