I was there around 7:40 PM on December 14, and the cashier had one of the worst attitudes I’ve experienced anywhere. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Barely spoke at all. Just cold, rude, and dismissive, like customers were an inconvenience. If you don’t want to interact with people, you shouldn’t be working a front-facing cashier position. This wasn’t a bad day—this was straight-up disrespect and poor professionalism. Jewel should seriously retrain or reconsider who they put at the register, because this experience guaranteed I’ll avoid this location whenever possible. Do better.
