My pickup order would not process all day, and the app customer service recommended coming in-person and requesting a rain check as several items in my cart have time restrained coupons. The short, light-skinned, 40s-50s woman worker at the desk tried to tell me that the coupons are contingent on each other, despite the terms and conditions not saying so, the ad not saying so, and the items being priced as listed in the coupons in my app cart. Kept arguing with me and would not listen to reason or read the actual terms and conditions. She also swore up a storm unprompted, calling customers stupid and bringing racial matters up unnecessarily. The manager also did not listen to my inquiry, suggesting "solutions" already attempted by me with the app customer service. All-in-all, you'd be better off driving another 10 minutes and going to a better jewel. I wouldn't trust these people to run a bath, much less the departments they are supposed to. I will not be returning.
