However, almost every single time they have forgotten at least one item. More recently, they have said that many items are out of stock, even when I select specific substitutions for them, and chat with them for other substitutions when they claim my first alternative is out of stock. After my last order had multiple things out of stock, I went inside the store after picking up my order and found those items in there. I will no longer be going to this Jewel Osco and I’m hopeful that another store will be able to fulfill my orders properly.
