  Staff is full of young disgruntled and disrespectful teenagers and even worse older adults who does not know how to conduct customer service. This place should be shut down every time you go no matter if it’s for a roll of tissues the lines are outrageous the 15 items or less line is always ran by a slow moving individual who will argue back and forth if you ask for help. Over a F- and needs to be restarted immediately

  I'm really sick of how everytime I place my pick-up order there are MULTIPLE items out of stock by the time they finally start working on my order. Simple things like chicken thighs and paprika. Oh yeah, they started my order and HOUR AFTER my pick-up window for the second time in a row. Either people are stealing or the employees can't count. This is ridiculous. Finally, I get to the store, park in a pick up spot, I waited for 30 minutes. An associate comes out and asked me to park at the curb in front of the store because he has 15 orders on his cart (I guess they were all late too. Waited 10 more minutes . This store and Mariano's up the street have both driven me to start shopping at Walmart again, OUTSIDE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD. Walmart is cheaper anyway. Also... I'm not looking for some canned response from corporate. I'm just warning my neighbors. I implore you all to save yourself the headache, shop somewhere else. (Not Mariano's in Bronzeville either)

  I am writing to express a concern about my experience in your store today around 1:30 PM. At that time, although there were five registers open, the checkout lines were extremely long and extended down the aisles. I only had one item, so I went to Customer Service to ask if I could be rung up there. Unfortunately, the manager on duty, Michael, was very rude in his response. He told me that he could not ring me up and stated that doing so would require pulling other customers out of line because I only had one item. The tone and manner in which this was communicated were unprofessional and disappointing. I understand policies and procedures, but customer service should always be handled with courtesy and respect. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that this can be addressed moving forward. Thank you for your time.
