I came to the checkout line, and I thought the lady with the short black bob and straight thin eyebrows was opening up so I went into her line, immediately she told me the other person was open already. Literally no big deal for me, i said okay and I guess she assumed I had some type of problem about it, so she was saying stuff and cackling. it’s never that serious. Just weird vibes overall and I'm not here for a cashier’s entertainment. This establishment always has a hit or miss with the customer service.

Lady said do I need bags for some bottle beers and a said yes just double the bags and she said you can bagged them yourself and I said we have to bag our own stuff now and she said I didn't say that. But people do help us and this and that and I said okay whatever and had in attitude because I wouldn't listen to her excuses. They need to bring back self check out so people don't have to deal with attitudes

Recently there have been some(NOT ALL) very rude cashiers working the lines. One of them was not only rude to me but she couldn't identify any of the produce in my cart...I'm talking basic stuff like an apple or celery. I can deal with a little lack of knowledge (although it's pretty astonishing) but the lack of manners really gets old and frustrating. I consider myself a polite and patient customer but rude behavior is enough to sour the entire experience for me. Fortunately there is a Marianos just down the street, with considerably better customer service.
