I created an online order around 11am, pickup was set for 7pm. 95% of my order was non perishables. They waited until 7:30pm to tell me none of order could not be completed. Then for some reason my order magically went up $27 the next day (nothing substituted). I called the store to cancel, nobody seemed to have any idea and they claimed they would get it done but unfortunately just rescheduled it for the next day. I had to call the 1877 number to successfully cancel.. Never had this issue at any other jewel.
