I figured someone dropped the whole container of salt in the batch and just still sold it. Gave them another chance, months later mind you, and each single chip has enough salt for the whole bag. Whatever amount of salt you're thinking is on these chips- think 10x more. These chips should come with a surgeon general warning label for cardiovascular disease. I didn't even have any other chips so I scraped the salt off each chip one by one and ended a teaspoon after like 10 chips. It doesn't even make sense. Salt costs money. It doesn't benefit them in any way. Surely there is some kid in a third world country who doesn't have access to salt and it's because jewel is putting them all on their chips. They have so much salt in their kitchen they could have re-opened the silk road singlehandedly. It's purely a testament to my love of queso that I even made it this far

She is very passive aggressive, rude, and unhelpful no matter what it is I have needed help with. It’s discouraging as someone who worked in the service industry for 10 years, myself. I understand many of us don’t like our jobs, but there’s no need to indiscriminately take it out on others.

Their tone was dismissive, their attitude was unnecessary, and they made what should have been a simple interaction feel tense and uncomfortable. If this is the standard of customer service here, it seriously needs to be addressed. No customer should be spoken to or handled that way.
