I went straight to customer service Regina at customer service was top tier and great customer service listened and addressed my issue firmly and apologized on the behalf of that rude worker! She was walking around and making sure all aisles were clean and safe. Greeting customers as well. Took care of the situation right away! Wonderful personality and handled everything very well. They’re people like her to make the difference and this place better. 5 stars to Regina!

Jewel Osco is unreliable and can obviously careless about their customers.

They wouldn’t help a new mom with 2 babies. I was 100% assured that I would be able to do a pick up for my sick baby’s medicine that I needed immediately. I was told I could stay in my car with my babies. It’s the only reason I decided to go to that location, not near my home. I called 5 times the direct line I was given and yet no answer. I called the main number and yet no answer. They knew I would be there within a 20 minute period and yet no help was provided. It was an awful experience and I’ll never go to Jewel again because of it.
