We were told by three different customer service reps that they communicated with this store and that the order would be delivered today. But that order never showed up, even after the last customer service rep swore up and down that it would be delivered ASAP. Instead, the store manager called and said that he had never heard anything from the customer service reps and that we would not be receiving our delivery. Either the customer service team or store manager told a bold face lie. Frankly, it doesn't matter which one is lying. Their delivery service is not to be trusted, and we will not be shopping here again.
