The only reason why I am at Jewel Osco at this location is because our local family pharmacist retired and close sold all his employees &customers to Jewel Osco. not only does it take hours for them to fill a prescription To make matters worse this particular Jewel Osco pharmacy employee told my spouse that I was not allowed to call for her prescription to be delivered. The next time somebody else calls in her prescription for her that she’s gonna have to come in and bring her ID is bad enough. She is also sedated and incoherent due to the medication and her illness that she forgets to call for her medication. Therefore, I being her lawfully. Spouse I’m caring for her and calling her medication. I ain’t never heard of nothing like that at Walgreens or any other Big commercial corporate pharmaceutical probably got something to do with ice and us having Hispanic last names I don’t know, but how rude and unprofessional because they always ask phone number address date of birth to confirm even when picking up for somebody Else’s prescription without id or calling in a designated name.

Dawn at the Chicken deli needs to improve her attitude toward customers. I have witnessed her berating this young, respectful man (he might have been police or fire) because he requested certain pieces of chicken. He was polite the entire time while Dawn kept complaining as she served him. Another time Dawn yelled at this lady out of nowhere all because a number was skipped. Really Jewel? This is unacceptable and unprofessional ! As a result, when my number is called by Dawn, I wait until another staff member serves me at the deli.
