Per staff it seems that they are dissuaded from doing anything by upper management. Reminder to the general public that ESAs are NOT SERVICE ANIMALS! They are not protected and are not permitted in public spaces that other dogs would not be. These non-service animals are accidents waiting to happen on top of being a health code nightmare. If you have a service animal it is not safe for you to bring it here. I was unable to use the online webform to submit a comment so it will be done here publicly instead.

Joel is a bright light there. I hope the higher ups recognize his hard work, dedication, and love for his job. I love the self check out team as well, and when I have too many groceries and produce for check out AJ brightens up my day in the old school check out counters. Even if I have a few items I’ll wait in line just to say hi. Whoever is the hiring manager here really knows how to pick em’. Thank you to whoever that is.

Their prices are noticeably higher, probably because of the proximity to Wrigley Field. Their bakery is pathetic in selection, and they’ll reuse the same baked goods for days (probably because no one wants to buy their baked goods because their standards suck). If they run out of stock of items, they stay out of stock for forever. Most of the employees can’t be bothered to assist you, let alone restock their abysmal selection. I’d rate any experience I've had here as 1/5

She’s very rude with customers as well. I needed help finding something and she had an attitude with me didn’t even acknowledge me really just pointed and turned back around. And to My surprise there’s other people who experienced the same thing with her, She needs to go asap!!! She’s very unprofessional and does not know how to speak to people at all!!!
