    Shoutout to the manager Ivan! He was an amazing help in seeing that we received our online order and went out of his way to ensure we received everything; he walked us to our car and helped load as well! Great customer service!

    do not order delivery- i wanted a sale item 20 for a reduced price and whoever collected the cans stopped at 16 which made me lose the sale. In the end the fees and tax cost as much as the sale price of the goods Plus i had to pat 5.95 for delivery and a tip!! It cost double for what I needed and ordered as a sale!!! The fees?! what collecting only part of the order and taking away the sale plus charging for Very Bad service! Jewel is becoming a huge money pit - including all the produce I take home and literally rots over night and the old stale bread And even xmas tree lights that don't work!!!

    Prices are outrageous. Things are 10x less expensive at Walmart. We had creamer that was leaking when we got to check out and it seemed like the bagger was going to get us a replacement but then he just stood there. I asked if I needed to go get a new one and he shrugged and said "yeah, sure". I'm so glad I don't shop here anymore since moving out of state.

    Prices are great . Needs improvement in customer service oriented. l do not recommend ratio profile a disabled person. Cashier Julia 11/30/25 should check all money from customers .

    I had the worst experience in the floral department yesterday 1116/25. I asked this older women I didn’t catch her name to wrap my flowers and as she proceeded to she told me that there will be a fee and I said that’s fine. She continued as she was wrapping telling me the price of each thing and I kept telling her that’s fine . Then before she finished wrapping she added everything and told me the total was going to be $24.98 without tax and I kept telling her that’s fine. She then handed me the price tag and said I can go pay for it now and I asked I have to pay for it right now? She said well if you’re not getting anything else it’s going to take me 5 minutes . I proceeded to go pay for the flowers and then went to go get my flowers. She handed them to me I said thank you and as my partner and I were leaving she runs behind us and asks if she can see my receipt that she forgot to check and I asked “my receipt? I paid for it “ and she said okay well can I see your receipt I need to make sure and I kept telling her I paid for it she kept insisting so as I was about to hand my partner the flowers to look for where the receipt was she snatched it from my hands and I looked at her and told her that was rude and unnecessary and she said sorry but I just need to see the receipt and I said there was no need to snatch the flowers and that was rude and she kept being persistent so I said no now I’m going to return them and she said okay and walked away with the flowers. Thank god for the manager Michelle who was so kind and made it a bit better but honestly it felt rude, racial, embarrassing in front of so many people and uncalled for. I never had to prove that I bought my flowers before. I’ve gotten flowers wrapped before so many times and I also worked for jewel years ago and never heard this policy of the floral department confirming that the flowers are paid. This was just disrespectful and just plain disgusting. Debating on moving forward with this legally that’s how bad it felt.
