She definitely looked over it and like she didn’t wanna be at work today but she totally helped me find a Twix when I was tryna be in and out (there wasn’t really any close to self checkout at the time). I was actually a little caught off guard bc of her unsuspecting demeanor and I was gonna go looking around the store myself. These little acts of kindness go a long way when some of us have had a challenging day and I just wanted to say I appreciate you girl! I hope all rude customers leave you alone 🙂↕️❤️ lol

The bathrooms are always disgusting, there’s never anyone in customer service, and the selections of food are always out. Nonetheless, I had to complete my order. The day before yesterday I was in self check out finishing an order, then I was informed those orders had to go through the registers. I finished my order and left. The next day, I had another shopping order and I went through the cash register. I was at Yaye register, and let me tell you this girl had the worst attitude ever in regards to ringing me up. She slowly dragged the items to scan, barely wanted to look up produce codes, and was rolling her eyes the entire time like she hates her job. I was so glad to be done with my transaction because her customer service was horrible. The whole purpose of me going to self check out was to AVOID people rude, ill-mannered people like that. I grabbed my receipt and unfortunately, it got stuck in the conveyor belt. I asked her if she could print a duplicate receipt or come and assist me, and she just shrugged her shoulders. That’s when a young gentleman named Tylon at the next register helped me. He came to the rescue by taking apart the conveyor belt and retrieving my receipt. He did it wholeheartedly, didn’t complain, and was an absolute problem solver. He went above and beyond. I think he should get employee of the month because he’s the nicest JEWEL associate I’ve ever met in that store. He needs a raise and to take Yaye’s place at the register. That’s A-1 service.
