  I have a question that may seem unimportant because it concerns product placement...but here I goes.. why is the Garrett brand caramel crisp popcorn in the chips aisle displayed on the bottom shelf in the corner at the end of the aisle..?? My first time looking for them it took me a minute to find them then every other time I come to buy them again they're back in the same corner with just 4,5 bags (or none) as if some employee's trying to hide them from the public...am I crazy for thinking this..?? I say hell nawl why don't you guys just display the dam popcorn out front where they can be easily seen like the $2 Vitners are...!! Thank you very much...

  I usually expect better from Jewel-Osco, which is why this experience was disappointing. We purchased a Toblerone chocolate that turned out to be expired. When we returned to the store with the receipt clearly shown in the Jewel app, the customer service associate repeatedly tried to avoid accepting the return. First, she claimed the item didn’t match the receipt. When we showed that the product name clearly matched, she said the price we paid was different from the current price. Finally, when I asked why expired chocolates were being sold in the first place, she suggested that we might have just picked the item off the rack and were trying to return it. That accusation was unnecessary and disrespectful. I’ve worked as a cashier clerk at Jewel before and know how strongly customer satisfaction is emphasized, which is why this interaction was so surprising. This wasn’t about the refund amount, it was about basic courtesy and accountability. I hope management reviews how expired products are handled and how customers are treated at the service desk.

  I absolutely hate this grocery store. The butcher section oftentimes smells rancid. The store is filthy. Through no fault of the store, the customers often also reek. The food, especially the meat, is usually just days away from being spoiled. I hate this grocery store.

  This is most poorly run Jewel in the City. At rush hour they have only one cashier available. You wait in line ten people deep. And there are other employees just hanging out talking. Everyone who works there has a very negative attitude. Plus the store is dirty. But for i live down the street I would never shop there. They need a new manager to reorganize the whole place.

  If this review is helpful, please make sure you leave it a like👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. You can't go too wrong with Embassy Suites. The breakfast was really good. The bed just slept okay, wasn't that great hot water pressure in the shower was good.. The worst thing about this room was the heating problem.I know that this is Florida, but sometimes it gets cold. Especially in the wintertime, so they definitely should still have air conditioning as well as heat. That was my only concern about this hotel .
