Received email same thing and I tried to reply but couldn't. I called customer support and they're in Malaysia horrible background noice and logistics, I asked for USA Rep and was told there are none! I yelled to CANCEL my order and I called the store CS was put on hold 7 times holding 10+ minutes. I called customer service back in Malaysia and FINALLY got a supervisor I could hear and understand, he took my complaint and said he'll send it to this store for the manager to call me in 2-3 days but no one ever called me. I will NOT shop at this Jewels and shame on Albertsons/ Jewels for no CS in America so I was told my these Malaysia reps.
