I have had 2 interactions with SONIA on 2 different occasions where she overcharged me for items then she refused to take responsibility when she overcharged me for those items blaming me and saying I should not have bothered her, disturbed her while she was ringing up the items. I had one male employee called me a bad name because of a dispute over a pack of cigarettes that I found inside the store that someone had bought and had left in the store by accident. I have been treated disrespectful by the people who work at customer service desk who is their job to help resolve disputes. I went to the store one day to buy a chicken meal and asked for coleslaw they told me there was no coleslaw prepared and there was no coleslaw prepared the day before. (WHY ARE THESE EMPLOYEES GETTING A PAYCHECK IF THEY REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOBS). I have filed 2 complaints against this store with Jewel-Osco Corporate Complaint #'s 21843631, 21843920 Thank you.

The self check out is quick and proficient and there's a bank inside. Been awhile since TCF closed but it's nice being able to do all that you need to do plus grab coffee in Jewel. A gem to the community this one and the coffee was great. The staff are kind and respectful and diligent. The items were well packaged untampered with and fresh each time I go.
