Fun fact, they opened their doors in 1818, that's over 4 years of service. The founder is a witch and casted a spell on me, if I wasn't a cursed is would finally look my father in the eyes and say "I hate white chocolate". Fr tho, why is it so trash. Why do I have to call the store and ask for them to start shopping my order? The. I have to wait when I arrive? Grocery pick up is for convenience, if I have to come to the store and wait for my order then that defeats the purpose of the service! Never again. Edit: The “manager” James is very ignorant and rude to customers. Dismissing a customers valid concern/ complaint as to why an order I placed at Noon is not ready by 7PM!
- AMAlice MintzDec 7, 20251.0I’ve been shopping at this store since it opened and it started off really well. The store was always clean and stocked, everyone was friendly, it was easy in and out. Now it’s a local hangout with more solicitors than employees. I’ve purchased EXPIRED PRODUCTS FROM THE SHELVES. I brought home SOUR MILK. Every time I place a pickup order there are cars parked in pickup spots that shouldn’t be. Whenever I call the phone number it sends be in circles back to main switchboard. I’ve had pickup orders placed 5 days in advanced cancelled last minute. There are never enough cashiers and it takes longer to checkout than it does to shop. I love that there’s a grocery store in an area that needs and deserves it, but it really feels like the store has gone downhill and no one has tried to rectify the situation.
