It's always the same 2, that work in the morning. I don't know the names. But one wears glasses. And the minute she sees me she rolls her eyes She is old. And acts like the customers don't have any recourse but to let her be as rude as she likes.The other one gossips about the customers who come to her register. While others can hear as they stand in line..what has happened to this store.most people will go to other registers, Just so those 2 don't have to check them out. Since your store refuses to stop them. We will take it higher.. The store is junky And dirty. We have been talking to other customers. And most of the complaints are about these 2women. And the lady in customer service. As people who spend money there weekly , we deserve better..

I ask one of the employees to help me get a pack of diapers down because he was already in the baby aisle . He didn’t even look at me when I approached him and said “ someone down there can help you” . I said “ it’s nobody down there.” He just ignored me and continued on doing what he was doing which was nothing! So I ask “ are you not going to help.” And again he looked away and says “ no” . So damn ignorant. The aisle has carts, dollies, and pallets so I needed his help. I am 7 months pregnant I could have fell and injured myself maybe Jewel be more satisfied if I had fell down and gave them a nice lawsuit. I’m not coming back in here to keep employees like him with a job.

I obviously went at rush hour or something because my anxiety ran off with my train of thought and I bought nothing right from my list. It's OK tho I made it out safely and will do it again when needed. I understand it's my anxiety and not other people who make me feel the way I do when I'm in a crowded space. It's nothing personal to anyone there. I suffered trauma and have to overcome it. Everyone smiles and keeps going. Thank you for that. Because it took a lot for me to gather the courage to get out the front door.
