  Everything In the store was really organized. Questions were asked truthfully. I have now made this store my permanent grocery store store.

  Everyone there is always nice and helpful so nothing bad to say about the employees. The layout of the store is a bit over crowded, in some places its had to move around the over stock displays in the aisles. Some are even reduced to where you can not go around anyone. Great prices great people just way over crowded with stuff and displays.

  My grocery shopping experience here has always been great. I experienced a little hiccup at the deli counter, I would like to see two separate lines for hot foods/delis selection. There's always 3 to 5 guests wanting hot food and having to stand there until their orders are complete is unnecessary.

  I shop at this location all the time and have for years. It’s my neighborhood store, but today’s experience made me feel like I should start going somewhere else. I was looking for an item and asked two different employees for help, and they both just pointed without actually assisting me. A third employee (with the little puff puff in his hair) told me he was “just a cashier and maintenance” and couldn’t help. Eventually, I found a nice lady (Donna) who wasn’t sure either, but she at least directed me to someone who could help. At checkout, I purchased some beef and gravy and asked why my savings didn’t apply. The manager, Michelle, checked the sign and said it wasn’t the right one. However, as a customer, it’s not my responsibility to make sure the signs are correct. When I asked again if the price could be honored, she said another customer must have moved the sign. I left feeling very disappointed with how I was treated by the employees and how the situation was handled. I’ve shopped here for years, but this experience made me question whether I should continue shopping at this Jewel location.

  Absolutely the worst individual Jewel I have ever shopped for delivery. They have you pick time slot to only deliver my items 24 hours later on 5 occasions year to date. I called ahead of time on 3 of those occasions to be told once by Mike the online manager that was not the way it works. My first question in my head well if I choose the time and Jewel accepts it how the heck does it work? Then he hung up angrily. I called back and spoke to another non managerial employee promised he'd get my order out only to find out he lied twice and I received my groceries the following day. In which I had to rearrange my whole schedule in order to receive them. Lastly be careful because they have taken money out of my account without permission 3 times. Their reasoning was that I didn't refuse the substitutions although I never received any substitutes. Masterful thievery at its finest. Buyer beware your playing chess not checkers. They plot on how to steal your money before you ever spend a dime. I didn't mention I was a customer for over 50 years.
