Local legend. What really can be said?
I placed an Uber eats order with notes that were overlooked by the cooking staff and upon bringing this to the attention of the cashier, the team exchanged my order without any issues.
I appreciate that level of service instead of arguing about the error. I've been a customer since a kid and will continue to order for my kids on pizza night.
Keep doing your thing IF

The call center was the problem for me. I was calling about a pizza. I’m not a regular customer. I wanted to know some of the preparation details the person in the call center stated I don’t work in the restaurant so I don’t know that was not very polite I’m not aware that she didn’t work in the restaurant I asked could I be transferred to the restaurant directly? She said no so who else would I ask if I’m calling for a delivery other than that I’ve had the pizza about twice it’s OK and I haven’t had any problems. This is a customer service job so if you don’t wanna ask questions, maybe you should consider a different job. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Pizza is TRASH! I LOVE a good thin crust pizza but this thin crust tasted like STRIGHT CARDBOARD! I usually go to the 42nd st location and it hits every time. HOW is this a franchise but each location tastes different. Don't get me started on Dolton or the one on Halsteds food!!

*The food here is always A-1.
It usually staples firmly as an iconic pizza spot, right in the middle of our top-tiered/ historic South Shore area neighborhood. Crest across from an old, yet, vibrant brym mayr station elecric rail. This non-sleeper of-a-spot provides quality service with fair pricing, each time, always. No doubt, our-Chicago thrives on good pizza, as such Italian Fiesta apt/ready is a local leader in the commodity of casual pizza dining.
* Given any oppportunity all locals flock here ^(specifically) on every occasion for multitudinous reason' to be always welcomed as preferred constituents/costumers of the best service in town. Hats_off to this organized pizza joint as a no-fail win-win buy always at least 9-10 for a 100% authentic delivery of local_ pie that noone is able to downcast. Good work Italian fiesta, much success. In addition to the pizza the neighboring chain also provides a sweep of wholesome ingredients to their pies now increasing options to more communities, locally. Also, their menu as is, does provide a wider range than some other local joints that coordinately bargain pizza pies cannot. ** With offering the quite lusciously fullfilling italian beef, chicken/ chicken tenders, pastas plus more, its a bet that anyone, is so pleased booking an order here, probably, moreso quite recent even.
In final, definitely book/go here on weekends, special events_ or anytime that the weather permits. It is, also easy to order via call or app moreso than just about any other place. _ So do not hesitate go be a local hero like the all-famous italian fiesta pizzeria 71st.
