  I ordered garlic on pizza, no garlic but I was charged for it. I live to far from that location to go back. Location on Halstead taste better.

  The food is not bad, but I suggest calling in your order. I'm assuming this location has a lot of business and you will wait 6 days for your food. I've gone here to pick up door dash and almost retired because of the wait.

  South shore location E 71st. No inside dining. Was told 25-30 mns for pie to be ready. Wound up waiting 1 hr 10 mns. So weekend ordering be mindful. Pizza was delicious but too soft. Wasn’t baked all the way in middle and was doughy. Expensive doughy pizza. Delish around the crispy edges. It’s a flat crust so ask for it to cook a bit longer so that it is a bit crispy

  One thing I can say about your 71st street location is they are very consistent. "Uncooked pizza" every time.. now if you can change the thought process (the i don't care, I get paid anyway) you may be on to something good. Just close down 71st please, poor management.

  I never give bad reviews unless it’s really bad. I called ahead because I had time constraints. I gave my name at the counter and was told my pizza was not up yet. I ordered the pizza @1:10 on 1/18/2026. I sat quietly for an additional 20 minutes. The young lady asked for my receipt. She then realized my pizza was indeed ready and sitting right behind her. In the end I received a cold $30 pizza and not a bit of an apology or acknowledgment. I will not return and will spread the word.
