I wanted to know some of the preparation details the person in the call center stated I don’t work in the restaurant so I don’t know that was not very polite I’m not aware that she didn’t work in the restaurant I asked could I be transferred to the restaurant directly? She said no so who else would I ask if I’m calling for a delivery other than that I’ve had the pizza about twice it’s OK and I haven’t had any problems. This is a customer service job so if you don’t wanna ask questions, maybe you should consider a different job. Thank you very much for your consideration.
