  The hamburger meat had a funny taste. I couldn't finish it. Service was mediocre at beast.

  Cashier Andrea is absolutely rude. Never seen her there before but today she happened to be our cashier. I went up to pay and wanted to get some donuts to go - I guess that upset her to the point that she huffed and puffed and threw my card back at me. I told her oh you can give me the card back in my hand because that’s how I gave it to you, she responded back “oh really” and rolled her eyes and I responded back in the same attitude and said “yes really”. The second cashier that helped me was super sweet; however, having that disgraceful attitude of Andrea in your entrance and at the end of the visit should NOT be allowed. If you don’t like your job, you chose it so maybe choose a different job ? I will be calling and speaking with the manager because her attitude is completely distasteful.

  Didn't feel "Welcomed" at all upon entering the restaurant, after making eye contact with the individual behind the glass counter, owner/ host? I don't know, it was ironic that I end up speaking to this person first, however I was patronizing their Business, I also made eye contact with another person behind the counter, a male owner/ employee, ( Tall European Man ), who didn't speak after I either, basically it wasn't a Good Feeling at all! After specifically stating how I wanted my Skillet prepared, I still ended up having to send it back, however the waitress Mary was very nice, and she had no problem with returning my food to the kitchen so that it was properly prepared to my liking. And all of this took place in the early part of the evening, on a Monday around 3:05 p.m., at the Archer and Damen location.

  Been coming here for yearsss, however the most recent experience will have me never return! The host was exceptional. Our server, not so much. We didn't get our drinks until right before our food came and only because I had to remind her. She gave us the wrong toast, and forgot an item I had ordered so we had to wait for that. She never refilled our drinks. Then the most unsettling was a roach. Crawled across our booth and onto the table of the lady behind us who screamed as it crawled up her coffee cup, and the waitress just set her food down and said "a bug, oh really" and walked away. We immediately got up and left our food to go pay. I informed the same host up front and her response was to offer us donuts..no thanks, you have roaches actively crawling around I no longer want to eat anything here. I was hoping the roach who joined us would have to split the bill but no such luck.

  Worst food ever ordered a simple pancake breakfast how hard is that. When we got our food the order was wrong for the eggs which would have been fine but the lady just took the plate all mad which was unpleasing. But I don’t blame her it must suck to work there they don’t seem like they really care about anyone and on top of that the waitress where fighting because one of them where talking to the guest for too long. Very uneasy environment. Couldn’t even take a bite after 3 minutes. We were just wanting to go. Should have just got up and left without paying. Really expensive bill too for the worst food and service. I am going to call my bank for a refund and never coming back to any huck Finn restaurant.
