- AJA J1 day ago5.0Pizza was great as always. Im writing this review because our server Evelyn deserves a huge shout out! We came on a busy Sunday- packed tables, full bar. Evelyn was zooming around from bar to tables nonstop. The only time I saw her pause was when she was putting orders into the computer. She kept a great attitude and handled the rush beautifully!!
- STSheila T1 day ago3.0Atmosphere was good however they wasn’t sure out of Lemon juice, so I couldn’t get a lemon drop I tried to order a cheese fry they didn’t have any cheese so I ordered a regular fry to go with my pizza they didn’t have any ketchup definitely was disappointed

She is also very helpful with our children and keeping them distracted by playing connect four (: 10/10 definitely recommend!!! Also love the turkey sausage and pepperoni option b/c we don’t eat pork !

To oppose to communicating with the customer originally, businesses are failing and prices are high, but customer service is terrible. - RCRaven CrespoFeb 14, 20261.0This is the worst experience I have had with a home run inn delivery. I placed an order at 4:58pm on 2/14 and didn’t receive it until 7:42pm. The first courier waited a long time for the order and then gave it back to the restaurant without telling me. Didn’t find out this happened until 7:04. Then I was asked to cancel the order…..I had to call the restaurant a total of 5 times to get any kind of resolution and was asked if I wanted to cancel the order from the restaurant as well. I told them no because if I placed another order anywhere else I’d be waiting another hour +. Very disappointed and unhappy, I regularly ordered from the Berwyn location but it closed down a while ago. I will not be ordering home run inn again from this location.
