One side was dry and burnt, the other felt raw and unsafe to eat. How does that even happen? This isn’t just bad food — it’s a health risk. No apology, no replacement, no care whatsoever. If you can’t cook meat evenly, you shouldn’t be selling it. Completely ruined my meal and my trust. I will not be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic food safety
