  Ordered a pizza at 11:30 was told it would be an hour and a half. Cool I get it, its new years eve. 2 hours go by. No pizza. Call back and after being told to hold five times they said the pizza was out for delivery. I even offered to come pick it up instead of delivery. But it was out for delivery so how long could it be? Called back because after 2 and half hours and still no pizza we got a manager for either refund or a comp. Manager tried to gaslight us into saying it was always a 2 hour wait, but he could do a 10 dollar credit. Before I could respond he hung up. Still no pizza. Just do Fox's instead. Edit 1 of i assume a few: It has been 3 hours. Called back under a different number and the man on the phone said wait time was an hour and a half. We have been charged but no food for 3 hours is ridiculous. Will probably have to do a charge back on the card. Update 2: After 3.5 hours. The pizza arrived. Cold. Don't eat here. There's better options around.

  Ordered pizza for my parents at 5 pm, the pizza didn’t get there until 8:30pm. Tried calling after realizing it was taking so long but no answer. They’d pick up the phone and hang it back up. On one occasion they picked up the phone and finally I got communication but as soon as I finished explaining what was happing they didn’t say anything back and just hung up the phone. Mind you they give you an estimate of how long it’ll be, which was 1 hour and a half which we were okay of. NOT 3 HOURS. We ended up telling the driver to cancel it when he got there.

  I called at 4:55 p.m. to order 2 thin crusts pizzas for pickup. I was told they would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived 65 minutes later and was told I still have to wait another 20 minutes. The service is absolutely terrible. I'm still waiting as I write this.

  Hace 40 días fui por una pizza de este lugar después de esperar una hora dijeron que. Se había perdido el servicio eléctrico! Quedaron en reembolsarme El dinero de mi comprar e ido , e llamado me an dicho de 6 a 10’dias ! E vuelto a ir y sigo esperando 40 días an pasado para reembolsar 42$ y aún nada
