Call back and after being told to hold five times they said the pizza was out for delivery. I even offered to come pick it up instead of delivery. But it was out for delivery so how long could it be? Called back because after 2 and half hours and still no pizza we got a manager for either refund or a comp. Manager tried to gaslight us into saying it was always a 2 hour wait, but he could do a 10 dollar credit. Before I could respond he hung up. Still no pizza. Just do Fox's instead. Edit 1 of i assume a few: It has been 3 hours. Called back under a different number and the man on the phone said wait time was an hour and a half. We have been charged but no food for 3 hours is ridiculous. Will probably have to do a charge back on the card. Update 2: After 3.5 hours. The pizza arrived. Cold. Don't eat here. There's better options around. Update 3: Giordanos requested I reach out directly. However when I did they never responded. It's just a facade of caring to do damage control for terrible service.
