  Giordano’s never disappoints! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was top-notch. A special shoutout to Mrs. Debbie for her wonderful service she was warm, attentive, and truly made our visit memorable. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕👏

  Delicious pizza! The meat & more meat … is exactly that and perfect. One thing to note, It takes about 45 min for a deep dish to cook so be prepared to order an appetizer or salad to hold you over!

  When you order delivery it asks you to check boxes if you want utensils, Parmesan or red pepper flakes, I check them and yet they forget to send with pizza 3 times now

  3 times now I placed an order for delivery and takes over an hour to get to me. It is a 3 mile travel. Employee says it’s better for me to pickup and started sure understand that I can’t because I’m in a wheelchair and can not travel to get it. HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND SERVICE!!

  This is the second time in a row this restaurant has disappointed us. First time we took my mother after an oncology appoint and ordered a deep dish, most disgusting deep dish I've ever had. The pizza was so soggy we could barely eat it. Second time we ordered a tavern style and a family size Italian salad. Pizza was so burnt that you could not even eat it. The salad that was $25 had barely any meat in it and was all lettuce. Called and spoke to Noel to complain, was asked to email picture of the pizza to him, which we did. Told us to keep that one and he'd have a new one ready in 20 mins for us. My husband week back to get the new one and was told by NOEL that he emailed me back stating to now bring the old pizza back and asking if we wanted a new one made. UM excuse me? I wasn't informed that I needed to keep post on further communication in my email with hims and now his story changed and try husband is back there to pick up the pizza that wasn't even made yet.. At this point we are done, given a $25 store credit that I won't use as this location is awful. Oh and did I mention this food was to have with mu mother that is now dying of cancer! We had to order from somewhere else and se had to wait even longer to eat! Will never go back here and do not recommend. If you want giordanos take the ride to the one in Orland! they are on point there.
