The Giordano's South Pulaski restaurant always provides great customer service and good food every time that I visit!
I had some boneless chicken wings as an appetizer. As well as the restaurant's famous deep dish pizza (with green peppers and Italian beef as toppings) as the main dish. Both meals tasted (and looked) great.
The decorations and vibes of the place provides an elevated and historic Chicago feel. I love learning about the city's history through the restaurant's antique posters, advertisements, and photos.
Overall, Giordano's provides a great dining experience. Making it a great place to enjoy a special occasion or just to have a causal night out with some delicious pizza 🍕 :)

We came in for lunch, and were the only people here. Our server took our order and then we never saw her again. The food came out and was stone cold, we waited several minutes before my husband went to find someone. They finally came over and took the pizza to warm up. Still didn't see our server.

I placed a delivery order for a pizza and tiramisu. We order from Giordano’s all the time. Unfortunately, the pizza was made incorrectly and arrived cold, and the tiramisu did not seem fresh. I contacted the store and spoke with Steve, the manager, to explain the situation.
I was told the only option was a credit for the tiramisu, and that I would need to drive the pizza back to the store—even though I paid for delivery—in order to receive a credit or have a replacement made. I explained that I didn’t feel it was reasonable to drive back for an order that was prepared incorrectly and delivered cold, but I was told that was not his problem.
When I asked for a corporate contact, I was given a number that did not reach corporate. I was also told a district manager would contact me on Monday, but no name or contact information was provided.
I was disappointed by how this situation was handled. Mistakes happen, but the response and lack of accountability made this experience frustrating. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer service.
