  Very disappointing experience. Our waitress was kind and professional, but the manager was extremely rude. We had requested a table for 5, but the manager mistakenly thought it was for 3. When he realized his own mistake, instead of apologizing, he threatened to take our table away because only 3 of us were standing there while the other 2 were outside removing their winter coats. Completely unacceptable behavior. We will not be returning to ANY Giordano’s On top of that, the deep-dish pizza was mid at best.

  Our server Kerri was very nice! We sat at the bar, and talked with a couple of servers and I believe the owner. He told us about the history of the tavern style pizza. The restaurant is fairly small and seating is limited. We knew going in we would have to wait about 30 mins for our food. As soon as it came out of the oven it was delivered to us. I'd never tried a deep dish before, and was very pleased with the flavor! My husband got the tavern style gluten free pizza. It was by far the best GF pizza we've ever had! We highly recommend this place!

  Our dinner out started a little rocky, with the wrong phone number being taken for our party, so the wait was quite long. (In hindsight, maybe it was too loud and my fault for not saying my number clearly.) Anyway, after we got seated, things drastically improved. Jaquan was our waiter, and he was personable, and very attentive despite the craziness the restaurant was experiencing. My daughter is a picky eater and she asked for something not on the menu. Instead of brushing her off and saying 'no', he was quick to suggest a close alternative. The manager came by to see how things were, we had our photo taken, and the food came out piping hot. These things helped make the experience much better. I'd be back again, for sure. If you're here at the start of July, be sure to wish Jaquan a happy birthday.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Visitamos Giordano’s en Navy Pier – Chicago y fue una experiencia maravillosa para toda mi familia. Desde que llegamos recibimos una atención espectacular, especialmente de Orlando, quien nos atendió con una amabilidad extraordinaria, siempre atento, cordial y con una sonrisa. Gracias a él nos sentimos realmente bienvenidos y cuidados en todo momento. La comida estuvo deliciosa, el ambiente muy agradable y el servicio simplemente impecable. Mi familia y yo salimos felices y completamente satisfechos. Sin duda, un lugar que recomendamos al 100% y al que volveríamos sin pensarlo. ¡Gracias, Giordano’s y gracias Orlando por hacer de nuestra visita una experiencia tan especial! 🙌🍕

  Si lo que quieres es vivir la experiencia de comer la auténtica deep dish pizza en el corazón de Chicago sin duda debes probar las de Giordano's. Podrán haber muchas opciones en la ciudad, que si son las originales, que si hay mejores, eso es tema aparte, Giordano's vende lo que promete y no decepciona. Recomendadísimas la deep dish vegetariana y la Margherita, son gruesas pero no hostigan de tanta masa, con abundante queso y suficientes ingredientes en cada rebanada. También las margaritas de mango son fabulosas. Esta sucursal en la plaza del Navy Pier es muy cómoda y la atención es buena. Eviten ir después de las 5 o tendrán que hacer una fila de 40 minutos o más.
