  First time visiting this place. We were looking forward to tasting the famous Chicago classic deep dish. I can say, we were not disappointed. We chose to split it, half chicago and half veggie. Both sides were delicious. We also had calamari, but we've never had calamari like this. It was the calamari we know, but better. The place is clean and welcoming. I have to acknowledge Francisco for his hospitality. He was amazing, extreamly helpful, and elevated our overall experience.

  This is for every person of colour,whites feel free to skip. I had gone to giordano navy pier yesterday,and experienced soft racism, the in house photographer went on asking every table for the picture and talking to them politely but not even once she came to us,I do not care about the picture but she kinda spoiled our mood. It’s 2025,be human guys!!!!!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Giordano’s thanks to our server, Elizabeth! From the moment she greeted our table, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She made us feel welcomed right away and checked on us consistently without ever being intrusive. Elizabeth was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations—her suggestion was spot on! She handled everything with such professionalism and a positive attitude, even during a busy rush. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just right, and she made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with kindness so naturally. Elizabeth truly elevated our experience, and she represents Giordano’s with excellence. I hope her hard work gets the recognition it deserves! We’ll definitely be coming back—and requesting her again. 😊🍕

  I rarely write Google reviews, but I simply can’t say enough good things about this place! Not only was the deep dish pizza absolutely delicious (and i’m not that big of a pizza person to begin with, but theirs was truly worth trying), but the service was also truly outstanding!! I went by myself as I’m on a solo trip right now and as soon as I walked in i felt right at home! The atmosphere is lovely and the staff was incredibly welcoming; all of them went above and beyond so that I could have a beautiful experience, and I saw them do the same for all of the other customers around me as well! I sadly didn’t catch the name of the very sweet waiter I had, but I namely interracted with Orlando and Anna who were absolute gems!! You can tell they truly care about their work and put their heart into it! If you’re currently looking for the best spot to try deep dish pizza, look no further cause this is it ✨

  My family and I visited the Navy pier location with our 2 Navy sailors graduates to celebrate. However were VERY DISAPPOINTED in the food served to us. After an almost 1 1/2 hour wait to be seated. Once seated we received our 3 pizzas and 2 appetizers and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. The pizza was manly just cheese and sauce (the More meats deep dish and a thin crust). We respectfully informed the manager Ryan that we were disappointed with our meal. He responded by laughing and walking away. Which was very disrespectful to my family and I. We paid and left to go find somewhere else to eat after spending $200+ at the disrespectful restaurant. I would recommend visiting a different location because this location manger is disrespectful and the food was not good. Only good thing to say is our waitress Kerri was great and treated us with respect.
