  We had a wonderful event, the food was delicious but what truly made the visit special was the service. Lori was incredibly accommodating, attentive and genuinely friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. We recommend this place for a quick bite and special event.

  Wait times are long so try to order before you get there! We had a wait time of 1:45 mins at dinner so we skipped and went for lunch! We absolutely loved it and Mateo was the best! He was not only so attentive and sweet but also gave us great recommendations around the city. We tried the margarita pizza to be safe and boy was it good!

  Did not like pizza flavor which is ok. But it was also barely warm, clearly had sat out while we were waiting forever. On top of all that they took photos and asked me to move and kiss my wife etc. with no context. Thought I was doing a favor with promo material. No, guy comes back hands me photos. How nice! No, you want me to pay for them...

  Haven’t been to a Giordano’s in a while, but my date and I wanted some pizza and thought we should stop by here because it was right by us. The place was such a vibe to be in and we got seated immediately. We were both indecisive on what to get and our server Lori came in to the rescue and helped us narrow down the menu and gave us her recommendations! Super helpful, soooo sweet and she checked back with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. The pizza delivered on every level that we wanted and of course, Lori checked back with us and even asked what we had planned today creating a warm and welcoming environment. Lori is everything I expect when it comes to servers because she always made sure we were satisfied and continued to offer if we needed anything else. This location should feel relieved that they have someone as hardworking and adoring as Lori! Love that queen to death and would certainly come back for the pizza but also for her because she is truly a once in a lifetime experience of her own!

  Lori was absolutely wonderful and made our experience fantastic. We did a holiday lunch here for our team at work - it’s always hard finding places downtown during the holidays that can provide that special extra touch without renting your a room. Lori did - she was attentive, friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and made sure we all had smiles on our faces. The food itself was delicious (and this we already knew) - go a variety of pizzas (tavern, deep dish), the house salad, wine, and we were stuffed! Will definitely be back and pretty sure this has become our team’s new go-to spot for team gatherings and dinners. Thank you Lori!
