  Within a minute we were greeted and seated. Waitress Izzy was excellent! My friend, that was with me, said she was the best waitress he had ever had! She was very friendly and very helpful! She told us if we wanted a Chicago style pizza that we should place our order right away because it takes 45 minutes to make. She would keep watch on our drinks and refill them without us even having to ask. At the end she even offered us refills in take out cups. She dipped the first piece of pizza for us. She was very willing to help us with a question we had about the city. Seemed to genuinely care. So many waitresses are fake and only acting nice for a good tip. Not Izzy!

  Izzy was the waitress tonight and she was by far the best one I have ever had from any restaurant an any state. She was polite and had the refills without having to ask for it. She also served the first slice and the cheese pull was great. Pizza was ready to eat when it arrived at a great temperature, I had sausage and that was the best sausage I have ever had. The crust was cooked to perfection and wasn't burnt. I would definitely recommend them and would eat here again in a heartbeat.

  I visited Chicago for the first time this weekend, I heard so many great things about this restaurant. I’m so glad i decided to try it. The food was good, I ordered the cheese triangles, the garlic bread & a 10inch deep dish. The only negative comment I have is that the pizza took a long time to come out. We got the appetizers in less than 10 minutes but the pizza took about 45 minutes to come out. We noticed other customers that were already there when we got seated also were waiting for their orders as well.

  My boyfriend and I are visiting Chicago and of course, that means getting some deep dish pizza! This place was very close to our hotel and had great reviews. Our waiter, Mateo, was beyond amazing!! Our food was delicious too. We got the bruschetta for an appetizer, the margarita deep dish pizza, and got the cookie skillet. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great pizza and service.

  Service was polite, professional, happy and attentive. Food was delicious, I've been eating Giordanos for 40 years, still delicious. We tried the mozzarella sticks, beef sandwich, stuffed special pizza. I had one of their cocktails, can't remember which one, but we were all satisfied with the food. They even had a photographer taking pictures (which I bought) and that was good quality too. We came for lunch after going to the Skydeck across the street. So it was a great day
