    I ordered a pizza at noon on Valentines Day for delivery at a specific time. 30 minutes after that time I called since my pizza hadn’t arrived yet and no one had contacted me to inform me there was a delay. I was rudely told they were busy, my pizza hadn’t even left to be delivered yet, and received no form of apology for the late order. After speaking with a manager for several minutes I was finally told I would be receiving 50% off of my order. My order showed up over an hour late. However, I never received the 50% off of my order. Would not recommend ordering from here if you want an on time delivery or any form of customer service.

    Best pizza I’ve ever had! A definite must go if you want real Chicago deep dish pizza and I’ve lived here my whole life so I know Chicago pizza! To die for!

    The food is ok they have some great sandwiches but I order for delivery, and someone who answered the phone sounded like a little girl, she had no idea what was on the menu it took forever for her to take the order, she repeated the order to me with several mistakes, but we worked through it, and in the end the order was still screwed up. Seriously rethinking ordering again. Bummer I so wanted my tomato mozzarella sand wich they didn't even put the mozzarella on...:(
