  As tourists, my wife and I had the deep dish pizza last December. It was the first time we had had it. It took around 30 mins to be ready (i was ok with that, however we were advised because we only ordered drinks, not appetizers) but it was totally worth it. The smallest one (can't remember the size) is enough for 2 or 3 people and was awfully good. Plus I didnt know it's eaten using cutlery, but hey, that had been my firt time and I'll definitely go back some day.

  Chicago's known for its deep-dish pizza, and Giordano's is one of the big names you'll hear. Expect a serious wait, but it might just be worth it. The pizza itself is a monster—a super thick crust that's more like a pie than a pizza. It's packed with cheese and you'll need a fork and knife to tackle it. The sauce is ladled on top, which some people love and others find a bit much. It's a heavy meal, so come hungry or plan to share. Overall, Giordano's is a solid Chicago experience, especially if you're into that classic deep-dish style.

  100% plus great customer service from restaurant staff. As mentioned in my Rosemont location review, I recently had interaction, on phone, with a couple staff who work on the floor and then the manager as I am trying to adjust a shipping order right in the middle of the busiest time of year, winter holidays. Tho this ended being a matter which needs to be addressed by corporate/customer service, the perps i spoke to were as nice and as helpful as they could be. I am a native Chicagoan transplanted to SoCal and the pies here just ain't the same. 5 stars across the board. I will be able to work this matter out Monday when we all get back to life.

  Le temps d'attente en vaut le coup!!!! Il est vrai que tu dois attendre près d'une heure pour la cuisson de votre pizza. Toutefois, l'organisation de cette endroit est incroyable. Lorsque tu arrives, tu dois donner ton nom pour avoir une table (un temps d'attente te sera donné ainsi qu'un menu). Par la suite, tu fais le choix de ta pizza afin de donner ta commande ce qui fait en sorte que le tout est en préparation durant ton temps d'attente pour une table. Efficace et bien planifié. La pizza maintenant. Un vrai délice. Les photos et la vidéos lui rendent justice. Savoureuse, bien balancée et très généreuse. Petit conseil - Prenez une grandeur supérieure pour en avoir en surplus à la maison. 😉

  Of all the deep dish “players” in Chicago, this was our first time and is by far my least favorite. Crust has very little flavor and the cheese is overwhelming. We ordered the sausage, but I only had maybe 3 small bites of sausage in my piece…unlike other places (LM) that offer the whole sausage patty so there’s sausage in every bite. We also tried the “tavern style” that was described to be “extra crispy “ …we did prefer the taste of this over the deep dish, but the only crispy part was the very outside edge. IF I were to come back here, I’d order the tavern style again but ask for it well done. The Greek salad was good, but very light on the cucumbers/bell pepper/tomatoes/banana peppers…was mostly just lettuce.
