  The produce here is top notch. I went here for the first time the other day and man it blows the big chain stores away when it comes to produce and deli. Also, the employees we interacted with were all very friendly.

  Went with my mother who has cancer to grab some items and the girl who was doing peanut butter ( around 1 something in afternoon ) was very unprofessional and lacks knowledge lent of customer service. My mother has been a customer since she was diagnosed in 2018. She has always gotten fresh peanut butter and was asking questions because their was clearly packaging them and her responses were completely bland and not proper. As a company you would expect to hire people to be more friendlier and want customers to come back. Is there a lack of training on customer service? Also as walking around we felt like eyes were on us when we as ANY other customers were trying to look at get ideas on what we need to come back. I do want to give the gentleman who checked us out a BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE! He saved our experience and convinced me to even try to peanut butter, but if other employees are carrying this lack of customer service we definitely will take our money elsewhere but allow corporate to know. My message is to just be mindful of customers and not be rude or take bad days or whatever it is on people just asking questions etc.

  Im do glad I found this store! Everything is fresh and so much better than the other brand store who we won't mention. Im very pleased! I will be making a detour out my normal shopping routine to come to Fresh Thyme market!

  As I approach the front counter I try to interrupt 3 women . One is on their phone gossiping about something with the other 2. I triggered them apparently by asking for help. The youngest one raised their voice in belittling fashion. This bias towards me both non cognitively and subconsciously had to be surface level skin color related. There's no other incomplete information they could've had except for my sex and or I'm a Christian. I'm not from here but still know Christianity is less than nothing here in part I believe why subconsciously all 3 of these women raised their voices almost to scold me for asking for help when I told the iraqi born or north African she didn't have to get an attitude. Feminist tones are unprofessional in a workplace environment. I thought I was in the streets just check the camera footage. Please? No . Way. In . Hell. Any of those women would have this aggressive with a Chinese man or Korean, or Hawaiin, or a gentile , or an elder. Irregardless how they twist it or gaslight it PLEASE just check the cameras this was about maybe 7 minutes ago it's 905am now. Observe their body languages and watch with the sound muted and tell me who's prejudice after you address them first so they have the opportunity to lie . Unprovoked hatred directly, indirectly ,or otherwise is too common due to cultural indoctrination, miseducation, and or forms of predictive programs inside the petri dish.
