They announced my order two separate times for the fry drop. Not a single burger was on the grill for anyone so I assumed the order was ready. Apparently not, because when the fries were finished the burgers hadnt even started cooking. 20im later I get my food, (after many people who ordered in person after I paid for my food got their food before me) take it home and it was incorrect. Called and asked for a refund. Went to the store for the refund then was told I need the food. So I went back and got the food was then told I need the physical credit card for the refund even though I tapped payment witb my phone. I have had many retailers/restaurants provide a refund via phone taps. But my biggest issue is that when I called to discuss refund they never said I need the card or the food. Poor service in that food order was incorrect and communication with customer abysmal. Absolutely ridiculous and wont be patronimg this establishment again
